    This is our second time working with Kenny. The first time was to purchase a home. The second time was to sell the same home. The reason we went back to Kenny is simple. He is the best. His knowledge of the local market and skill as an agent are second to none. He knows the processes of both purchasing and selling a home so well that everything runs like a well oiled machine. I am a bit of a "worrier" and "micromanager." Kenny always helped to reassure me through what was probably way to many texts and phone calls on my part.     In my opinion Kenny is the best realtor in San Diego and that is saying a lot given the number of real estate agents in this city. We were first time homebuyers and very anxious/scared about the whole process. Kenny helped alleviate our concerns and guided us through the process with utmost patience and professionalism. We looked at multiple homes but the home we ended up buying was something Kenny went out and "pounded the pavement" to find. He thought it would be a perfect match for what we were looking for and boy was he right.     Kenny was awesome. He helped us navigate a not so easy transaction. Kenny was able to negotiate us a better deal after the home inspection revealed some flaws. Kenny was also able to meet with home inspectors, contractors, etc...when my hectic schedule wouldn't allow me to. That kept everything on schedule and moving forward. I can not stress how much of a help Kenny was on all facets of our transaction. I will definitely be recommending Kenny to any prospective buyer or seller.
