Obituary – William ‘Bill’ Encinas Oct. 24, 1954 – Feb. 1, 2023

William “Bill” Encinas lived in San Diego for 40-plus years and was a pillar of the Point Loma, OB, and Shelter Island communities for the last 15. He will be remembered when lively karaoke songs play at Harbor Town, pizzas come out of the oven at Old Venice, at Sunday BBQs in OB, over laughs with friends at Ketch, albondigas at Miguel’s, a “splash” at 3rd Corner, and thoughtful conversations at Fiddler’s Green. Celebrate his memory with acts of kindness and by finding unexpected joy in every day. Services will be at St. Agnes Catholic Church on Friday, Feb. 24 at 10 a.m.
